就业能力找到初始工作机会,保持就业竞争力以及重新就业的一个保证。就业能力不仅仅是能否找到工作的浅显理解,其中还包括能够持续完成工作和实现良好的就职发展的能力。学生的就业能力不仅是囊括技能或能力,而是学生能力的集成,包括具有学习能力,思维能力,实际能力,应聘能力和适应性。学生进入社会后的发展包含着多方面的影响,学生能力的全面发展是能否持续具有竞争力的先决条件。
Employability Identify initial job opportunities, maintain employment competitiveness and re-employment as a guarantee. Employability is more than a mere understanding of whether you can find a job, but also includes the ability to continue working and achieve good on-the-job employment. The employability of students is not only the inclusion of skills or abilities, but the integration of students’ abilities, including learning ability, thinking skills, practical abilities, job applicability and adaptability. The development of students after entering the society contains many influences. The all-round development of students’ abilities is a precondition for sustainable competitiveness.
