眼眶爆裂骨折是指外力作用于眼部使眶内压力骤然增高致使眶壁内部发生骨折移位而眶缘却无骨折。CT是显示眼眶各壁骨质结构和软组织改变的最好方法。此症的早期确诊对临床选择治疗方案及估计预后具有重要的意义。l材料与方法1994年6月～1998年4月因外伤经CT检查确诊为眼眶爆裂骨
Orbital blowout fracture refers to the external force on the eye so that sudden increase in intraorbital pressure resulting in orbital wall fracture displacement and orbital rim without fracture. CT is the best way to show changes in the structure and soft tissue of the orbital walls.
