改进了同种异体后巩膜移植加固术的方法,观察术后移植的组织病理学和免疫组织化学变化。使用新西兰白兔巩膜组织,经酒精脱水制备后再复水,移植到30只新西兰兔眼后极部四个象限平铺展平,切口不需缝合。术后组织病理学检查显示植入的巩膜片容易与受眼巩膜愈着,但1年时巩膜组织被吸收消失。移植物T淋巴细胞及其亚群检测均为阴性,Langerhans细胞术后1~3月检测为阳性,6月时阴性。结论:巩膜移植物不诱发明显的免疫排斥反应,提示术后临床上不需要预防性治疗。
Improved allograft scleral transplantation reinforcement method, postoperative transplantation histopathology and immunohistochemical changes. Conclusion: Scleral graft does not induce significant immune rejection, suggesting that postoperative clinical need for prophylactic treatment.
