目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选择2011年2月—2013年2月收治的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均给予饮食和运动指导,口服降糖药或皮下注射胰岛素治疗。对照组在此基础上给予甲钴胺0.5 mg/次口服,3次/d。观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤,水煎服,日1剂。两组均治疗6个月,评价两组治疗前后正中神经和腓神经传导速度、治疗后症状消失时间及疗效。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组治疗后正中神经和腓总神经传导速度[(64.00±5.63)、(44.51±4.56)m/s]快于对照组[(57.57±4.42)、(41.55±5.17)m/s],比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组症状消失时间对照组(5.2±0.5)个月,观察组(3.6±0.2)个月,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率对照组55.0%,观察组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变可改善神经传导速度、缓解临床症状,并显著提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted from February 2011 to February 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases. Both groups were given diet and exercise instruction, oral hypoglycemic agents or subcutaneous insulin therapy. On the basis of this, the control group was given methylcobalamin 0.5 mg / time orally, 3 times / d. The observation group was added with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction, Shuijianbi, Day 1 on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 6 months, before and after treatment in both groups evaluation of nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocity, after treatment, symptoms disappear time and efficacy. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The mean nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity [(64.00 ± 5.63) and (44.51 ± 4.56) m / s] in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(57.57 ± 4.42) and (41.55 ± 5.17) m / The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The total effective rate was 55.0% in the control group and 80.0% in the observation group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can improve the nerve conduction velocity, relieve the clinical symptoms and significantly improve the curative effect.
