Tandberg Data(腾保)公司与Quantum(昆腾)签署了一项全球战略协议。根据该协议,昆腾欧洲、亚太以及日本地区的所有DLT用户将完全由Tandberg Data公司负责,并提供DLT和Super DLT磁带机以及各种相应后续支持。同时昆腾DLT将退出以上市场,该协议于今年4季度起生效。Tandberg Data公司中国区经理罗珉认为,Tandberg Data的技术优势和销售体系及对DLT产品的市场前景看好是双方此次合作的基础。
Tandberg Data and Quantum (Quantum) signed a global strategic agreement. Under the agreement, all DLT users in Quantum’s Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan regions will be solely Tandberg Data, with DLT and Super DLT tape drives and a variety of subsequent support. At the same time Quantum DLT will withdraw from the above market, the agreement in the fourth quarter of this year come into effect. Luo Min, manager of Tandberg Data China, believes that the technical advantages and sales system of Tandberg Data and the market prospect of DLT products are the basis for the cooperation.
