邓小平同志指出:“科学技术是第一生产力”。依靠科技进步发展柳钢劳动服务企业,在新形势下有着极为重要的现实意义。抓住了科技进步,就抓住了劳动服务企业经济效益提高的关键。在这个问题上,谁认识得早,行动得快,谁就可以掌握工作的主动权。本文拟结合柳钢劳动服务总公司的实际,对总公司在科技进步的轨道上发展集体经济的迫切性和可操作性作一探讨。
