A new grinding process that achieves high product quality (less discarded product) with less power consumption and increased grinding capacity has made progress in Australia. This grinding process has a generally different mill liner system, and a very accurate grading device, is currently widely used in copper mines in Zambia. The following objectives are especially important during grinding and grading: 1. Reduce unit power consumption for ball mills and grinding systems. 2. Increase the capacity of the mill. 3. Reduce the size of the product on the sieve - beyond the specified size range, the flotation recovery rate decreased rapidly. 4.
