用搅拌摩擦焊对3 mm厚6061铝合金板进行焊接,研究不同焊接工艺参数下的焊缝成形情况、焊接接头的力学性能,并研究去除待焊部位氧化膜对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:轴肩压入量为0.2 mm时焊缝成形优异,压入量过大或过小焊缝成形均不好。其他条件不变的情况下,随着焊接速度或搅拌头转数的提高,焊接接头力学性能先升高,达到峰值后降低。
The 3mm thick 6061 aluminum alloy plate was welded by friction stir welding. The formation of the weld under different welding parameters and the mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied. The effect of oxide film on the mechanical properties of the welded joint was studied. The results show that when the amount of shoulder press is 0.2 mm, the weld formation is excellent, and the amount of press intrusion is too large or too small. The weld formation is not good. With other conditions unchanged, with the increase of the welding speed or the number of revolution of the stirrer, the mechanical properties of the welded joint firstly increase and reach the peak value and then decrease.
