以汽车用AZ31镁合金为研究对象,通过对铸态和均匀化态合金的组织与硬度进行分析,得出了均匀化温度与保温时间对合金组织的影响规律。结果表明,半连续铸造下形成的铸造组织由α-Mg基体和β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相组成,其中,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相主要以断续分布的形式存在于基体晶界处;半连续铸造的Petri网反馈控制器用AZ31合金的最佳均匀化处理工艺为:430℃保温12 h。
Taking AZ31 magnesium alloy for automobile as the research object, the influence of homogenization temperature and holding time on the microstructure of the alloy was obtained by analyzing the microstructure and hardness of the as-cast and homogenized alloy. The results show that the cast microstructure formed by semi-continuous casting consists of α-Mg matrix and β-Mg 17 Al 12 phase, in which the β-Mg 17 Al 12 phase mainly distributes in a discontinuous pattern Which exists at the grain boundary of the matrix. The best homogenization treatment process of AZ31 alloy for semi-continuous casting Petri net feedback controller is 430 ℃ for 12 h.
