九十年代的特点:“节”多。有风筝节、冰灯节、啤酒节、服装节……还有电影节。由“金鸡”、“百花”双奖演变而成的中国金鸡百花电影节刨始于九二年广西桂林,九三年十一月下旬在广州举办了第二届。 与上届电影节相比,本届电影节自有不同之处。 投入多。 得改革开放风气之先的广东,经济实力雄厚,加之海外华人的举拳赤子之心,电影节各项活动在经济上便有了保障,从而为正陷入低谷的电彩业人为地制造出了一派繁荣景象。
