随着国民经济的发展,小型水利工程在生产生活中的重要地位日益凸显,水利工程建设及管理的好坏,直接关系到整个工程项目的好坏。目前,我国的水利工程建设进入新阶段,在与市场经济接轨的过程中,出现了很多建设和管理上的问题。文章首先进行小型水利工程建设及管理的概述,进而主要分析小型水利工程建设项目及管理中存在的主要问题和相应的对策建议。
With the development of the national economy, the important status of small-scale water conservancy projects in production and daily life has become increasingly prominent. The construction and management of water conservancy projects are directly related to the quality of the whole project. At present, the construction of water conservancy projects in our country has entered a new stage. In the course of being in line with the market economy, many problems have arisen in construction and management. The article first summarizes the construction and management of small-scale water conservancy projects, and then analyzes the main problems in the construction and management of small-scale water conservancy projects and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
