《ＪＪＧ１０７ -１９９５电子收费计时器检定规程》适用于新制造、使用中和调修后的各类电子收费计时器的检定。投币电话 ,ＩＣ卡、磁卡电话同样属于电子收费计时器 ,该规程也应适用。但是由于该规程仅规定了标准源法这一种检定方法 ,对于某些特殊的电子收费计时器就不好检定
