本文从科学研究纲领方法论的角度来研究管理,认为当前主流管理学是在古典管理研究纲领的指导下产生的,已经不能适应后工业社会企业发展的需要。从企业生态系统的视角提出基于企业生态系统协同演化的企业管理研究纲领,分析了这一纲领的特点及其与古典管理研究纲领的本质区别。在此基础上,从企业生态系统协同演化的角度提出了企业生态链纵向协同策略和企业生态系统的网络协同策略。
This paper studies management from the perspective of methodological research of scientific research program. It holds that current mainstream management science is produced under the guidance of classical management research program and can no longer meet the needs of the development of post-industrial social enterprises. From the perspective of enterprise ecosystem, this paper puts forward the research program of enterprise management based on the co-evolution of enterprise ecosystem, analyzes the characteristics of this program and its essential difference from the classical management research program. On this basis, from the perspective of synergetic evolution of the enterprise ecosystem, the vertical coordination strategy of the enterprise ecological chain and the network coordination strategy of the enterprise ecosystem are proposed.
