本文对成教学生学习动力产生的诸因素进行了描述；并就当前影响成教学生学习积极性发挥的主客观障碍进行了分析；最后对进一步调动成教学生的学习积极性提出了几点设想
This paper describes the factors that motivate adult learners and analyzes the current subjective and objective obstacles that affect the learning enthusiasm of adult learners. Finally, it puts forward some tentative suggestions on further mobilizing the motivation of adult learners.
