我党在十七大中明确指出了在推进政治工作的进程汇总必须加入人文关怀和心理疏导方面的内容,并要以此作为工作的重心,这就为我国企业思想政治工作提出了一个明确的方向。本文在充分了解我国企业思想政治工作模式的前提下,对其工作中的问题进行了透彻的分析,继而提出了一套以人文关怀和心理疏导为主要手段的解决对策,希望为我国企业今后思想政治工作的推进提供有利的参考。
