作者及其同事最近发现,用与睫状体冷凝相同的治疗量对家兔眼作赤道部视网膜冷凝可产生同样的降眼压效果。为了解在人眼是否有类似作用,设计了此项回顾性研究。方法:选择100例视网膜周边小裂孔做冷凝治疗的患者,治疗前后有眼压记录,无玻璃体出血或视网膜脱离,排除白内障手术、糖尿病、青光眼的病史。随访时间分为6~13天和2~5周两组。其结果用1%可信限双侧配对t检验分析。
The authors and colleagues recently found that the same intraocular pressure-lowering effect was produced in the equatorial part of the rabbit eye using the same amount of treatment as ciliary body condensation for retinal condensation in the eyes of rabbits. To understand if there is a similar effect on the human eye, this retrospective study was designed. Methods: One hundred patients with small perifocal area around the retina were selected for coagulation therapy. Intraocular pressure was recorded before and after treatment without vitreous hemorrhage or retinal detachment, and the history of cataract surgery, diabetes mellitus and glaucoma was excluded. Follow-up time was divided into 6 to 13 days and 2 to 5 weeks in both groups. The results were analyzed using a 1% confidence-binomial paired t-test.
