与搅拌式浮选机相比,浮选柱的优点是占地面积小、能耗低、比较适合于细粒矿物的浮选。 浮选柱的关键部件是气泡发生器。以往采用的微孔气泡发生器由于易被结垢堵塞、维修不便和所产生气泡的直径较大等缺点,使浮选柱难以推开。近年来,相继出现了冲孔盘式浮选柱、棒栅式浮选柱、充填式浮选柱和带外部气泡发生器的浮选柱,给浮选柱的工业应用开辟了广阔的前景。
Compared with the agitated flotation machine, flotation column has the advantages of small footprint, low energy consumption, more suitable for flotation of fine-grained minerals. The key part of the flotation column is the bubble generator. Microporous bubble generator used in the past due to easy to be fouling blockage, maintenance inconvenience and the larger bubble diameter shortcomings, the flotation column is difficult to push away. In recent years, there have been punching disk flotation column, rod flotation column, flotation column and flotation column with an external bubble generator, flotation column for industrial applications has opened up a broad prospect.
