随着经济的进步和社会的发展,政府在一定程度上加大了对行政单位办公条件的资金投入,但是,现阶段行政单位对固定资产的管理工作仍然存在诸多薄弱环节,原有的管理模式已经不能满足日益增多的固定资产数量的要求,此外,一个行政单位对固定资产的管理是否到位,从侧面上也反映出了该单位对内部资源的配置是否合理。因此,行政单位发挥其管理职能,对固定资产进行良性管理是十分必要的。本文就行政单位在固定资产管理所出现的问题进行了分析,并给出了若干合理化建议,供借鉴。
With economic progress and social development, the government has, to a certain extent, increased its capital investment in administrative units’ working conditions. However, there are still many weak links existing in administrative management of fixed assets at this stage. The original management mode Can not meet the ever-increasing requirement for the quantity of fixed assets. In addition, whether an administrative unit manages the fixed assets is in place and on the side also shows whether the unit’s internal resource allocation is reasonable. Therefore, the administrative units to play its management functions, the benign management of fixed assets is very necessary. This article analyzes the problems that the administrative units appear in the management of fixed assets and gives some reasonable suggestions for reference.
