随着社会的发展,对教育的要求和期望越来越高,人们的观念随着时代的发展也发生了翻天覆地的变化。老师的情绪对于教学的质量具有重要的直接影响。中职学校由于其自身的多方面原因的相互作用,使得老师在工作和教学过程中面临着巨大的压力,需要强大的情绪控制能力。因此,在中职学校采取措施做好班主任的情绪管理工作,是促进中职学校教育的顺利开展的必要举措。本文主要是在分析老师情绪波动对教学工作的影响的基础上,探讨中职学校班主任情绪管理的措施,促进中职教育的健康发展。
With the development of society, the demands and expectations of education are getting higher and higher. People’s concepts have undergone tremendous changes with the development of the times. The teacher’s emotion has an important direct impact on the quality of teaching. Secondary vocational schools because of their own many reasons for the interaction, making the teacher in the process of work and teaching are under tremendous pressure, the need for strong emotional control. Therefore, taking measures to improve the headteacher’s emotional management in secondary vocational schools is an essential measure to promote the smooth development of secondary vocational school education. Based on the analysis of the influence of the teacher’s mood swings on the teaching work, this paper discusses the measures of the emotional management of the headteachers in vocational schools to promote the healthy development of the secondary vocational education.
