目的观察环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品对临床生物治疗细胞体外培养过程中的影响。方法采用细胞培养法,观察了环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品对几种细胞生长的影响。结果经环氧乙烷灭菌处理保存至1 d内和3个月的物品对细胞产生明显的损伤作用,6个月以上的物品对细胞生长的影响基本消失。结论环氧乙烷灭菌处理的物品在灭菌后3个月之内其残留物对体外细胞培养会产生有害影响,建议将灭菌后物品保存至6个月以上再用于生物治疗。
Objective To observe the effects of ethylene oxide sterilization on the clinical culture of cultured cells in vitro. Methods Cell culture was used to observe the effects of ethylene oxide sterilization on several cell growth. Results After being sterilized by ethylene oxide for 1 d and 3 months, the cells damaged obviously. The effect of 6 months or more on cell growth disappeared. Conclusion Ethylene oxide sterilization of the items within 3 months after sterilization of its residues on cell culture in vitro will have a detrimental effect, it is recommended that the sterilized items stored for 6 months or more for biological treatment.
