随着改革开放的深入开展,我国的经济现状有了较大程度的改善。各地的房地产建设工程如同雨后春笋般地开展起来,给我经济注入了新的活力。一个房地产工程往往要涉及到多个相关领域,并且牵涉到很多单位的共同参与。在如此复杂的环境中,不仅有投资单位、招投标机构的参与、承包商、监管部门的加入,还有大量的企事业单位、权力机关对整个工程有一定的掌控力,在招投标、审批、施工的过程中十分容易滋生贪污腐败问题,给工程带来不良因素。本文主要研究了当前房地产工程建设过程中的贪污腐败现状,在研究相关具体的解决措施的前提下,整治了工程员工利用权利牟取私利的行为,能较好地监管房地产土建工程,给我国的房地产企业营造一个清洁的市场环境。
