尽管经济基本面变弱,但亚洲房地产市场表现尚佳;作为吸引投资的磁石,上海的市场保持强劲根据城市土地学会与普华永道的调查结果,上海名列2015年最佳房地产市场前十名根据由城市土地学会(ULI)和普华永道(PwC)一同出品的《2015年亚太区房地产市场新兴趋势报告》(下称“报告”)显示,上海是中国少数几个在明年房地产投资和开发前景方面获得高评分的城市之一。尽管上海的排名从2014年的第二名下跌到本年度报告中的第六名,上海仍然是中国最强劲的市场。中国目前面临着诸多挑战,包括住房市场下滑、经济增速放缓,并且大多数物业类型和城市提供的投资回报率都较低。
