[目的]了解枣庄科技职业学院在校大中专学生对艾滋病的认知情况及影响因素,为综合性职业院校艾滋病健康教育工作提供背景资料和理论依据。[方法]2009年5月,整群随机抽取枣庄科技职业学院大中专学生中1 200人进行调查。[结果]调查1 162人,艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为88.04%,对艾滋病感染者或病人的态度正确率为54.04%。艾滋病基本知识合格率影响因素的非条件logistic回归分析,进入模型的因素为年级、专业、文化程度,OR值分别为1.582、0.777、12.179,艾滋病态度合格率影响因素的非条件Logistic回归分析,进入模型的因素为专业、文化程度、母亲文化程度、家庭人均收入,OR值分别为0.878、2.149、1.176、0.734。[结论]枣庄科技职业学院在校大中专学生对艾滋病知识有一定的认知,其认知程度受年级、专业、文化程度等因素的影响。
[Objective] To understand the AIDS awareness and influencing factors of college students in Zaozhuang Science and Technology Vocational College and provide background information and theoretical basis for AIDS health education in vocational colleges. [Method] In May 2009, a random sample of 1,200 college and college students from Zaozhuang Institute of Science and Technology was enrolled in the study. [Results] A total of 1 162 people were surveyed, the total awareness rate of basic HIV / AIDS knowledge was 88.04%, and the correct attitude to HIV / AIDS patients or patients was 54.04%. AIDS and non-conditional logistic regression analysis of factors influencing the pass rate of basic knowledge of AIDS. The factors of entering into the model were grade, specialty and education level, with OR values of 1.582,0.777 and 12.179 respectively. Non-conditional logistic regression analysis of influencing factors of passing rate of HIV / The factors of the model were professional, educational level, mother’s educational level, and per capita income of the family. The OR values were 0.878, 2.149, 1.176 and 0.734 respectively. [Conclusion] Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology in college students have some knowledge of AIDS knowledge, and its cognition degree is influenced by grade, specialty, education level and other factors.
