朔风凛冽,万木凋零。周恩来走出病房,上了汽车。汽车向南苑飞机场驰去。时间过得真快,周恩来住院快半年了。1974年6月1周恩来因患膀胱癌住进北海西边的305医院,一进院当天就做了手术。手术后,病情得到控制。7月17日,周恩来出席了毛泽东召开的中共中央政治局会议,在会上毛泽东严词批评江青、张春桥、姚文元、王洪文。会后,毛泽东离开北京到武汉、长沙等地休息。在这期间,毛泽东又多次批评了江青一伙。
