10年前,广东省江门市新会区双水镇东凌村还是一个负债累累的穷村,村经济以农为主,集体经济收入很不稳定,拖欠银行贷款370万元。如今,村集体经济年纯收入100多万元,村民过上了富裕的生活。在东凌村的水泥大道上,路旁的木棉花儿竞相开放,格外鲜艳。村子的街头巷尾、茶楼酒馆充满了欢声笑语,人们谈论最多的就是村子的变迁和发展,禁不住同声称赞东凌村领导班子的“领头雁”——村党支部书记夏关锚。
