B型超声诊断仪已广泛应用于临床各种疾病的诊断中,特别是对妇产科疾病的诊断具有更大的实用价值。我院于1995年~1999年用ALOKA—SSD 620型黑白B超检查宫内节育器1030例,工作中我们体会到B超检查节育器有更多优于以往X线检查之处,体会如下。 1030例病例中,正常宫内节育器807例,节育器移位者112例,带器妊娠者96例,伴有各种并发症者15例。 节育器作为一种异物对宫内膜局部组织产生一系列病理变化,从而干扰和阻碍受精卵的着床与发育达到避孕目的。受精卵易于宫腔上部的前后壁着床,因此,节育器必须位于宫腔底部,才能发挥最佳避孕效果。B超能准确观察并测定节育器的位置,为病人及医生提供依据,提高节育效率。 B超能够根据节育器特殊的回声特点,可靠准确地测出节育器在宫腔内的位置。也不受节育器材料的限制,而X线
B-type ultrasound diagnostic apparatus has been widely used in the diagnosis of various clinical diseases, especially for the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases have greater practical value. Our hospital from 1995 to 1999 with ALOKA-SSD 620 B-type ultrasonography IUD 1030 cases, we understand the work of B-check IUD more than the previous X-ray examination of the Department, as follows.
