基于PLC的机器人工作过程是以电磁阀部件为控制对象,以气缸方式驱动的一种特殊机器人运行装置。当中,对于PLC可编程序控制器的应用则是极为广泛与深入当中。应用PLC可编程序控制器进行机器人自动控制系统设计的最主要优势在于:编程操作简单、抗干扰性能突出、运行可靠性高、使用方便简单等特点。基于此,本文以基于PLC的机器人自动控制系统为研究对象,分别就机器人自动控制系统硬件、软件设计过程中的主要方法进行了综合分析与研究,希望能够引起各方工作人员的特别关注与重视。
The working process of a robot based on PLC is a kind of special robot operating device which is driven by a cylinder with a solenoid valve component as a control object. Among them, the application of PLC programmable logic controller is extremely broad and in-depth. The main advantage of using PLC programmable controller to design robot automatic control system lies in the following features: simple programming, outstanding anti-interference performance, high running reliability, easy to use and simple. Based on this, this paper takes PLC-based robot automatic control system as the research object, analyzes and studies the main methods in the robot automatic control system hardware and software design process respectively, hoping to arouse the special attention and attention of all staffs. .
