本文在剖析我国消费者权益保护现状的基础上,借鉴国外先进经验,对进一步完善《消费者权益保护法》提出一些建议,以期对消费者权益保护有所裨益,促进整个社会经济的健康快速发展。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the protection of consumers ’rights and interests in our country, this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of other countries and puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the Consumer Protection Law in the hope of protecting consumers’ rights and interests and promoting the healthy and rapid development of society as a whole .
