周楠森:历年来,交通都是“两会”关注的重点之一,今年比往年更甚。据了解,本次大会共收到提案1302件,与往年民生类提案占“半壁江山”相比,今年市政协委员更多关心的是北京城市建设、交通和城市管理问题,这类提案达500余件,其中涉及交通的有近200件。关于交通的提案主要可分为两大类:一是对轨道网的加密、延伸非常关注;二是为北京治堵建言献策,关注打通断头路、解决停车难等交通问题。
Zhou Nansen: Over the years, traffic is one of the focuses of the “two sessions”, which is even worse this year than in previous years. It is understood that this assembly received a total of 1302 proposals. Compared with previous proposals of the people’s livelihood class, the CPPCC members are more concerned with the issue of urban construction, transportation and urban management in Beijing. More than 500 pieces, of which nearly 200 involve traffic. Proposals on transportation can be mainly divided into two categories: one is that they are very concerned about the encryption and extension of the railway network; the other one is to offer advice and suggestions to Beijing to stop the blockage and pay attention to opening up traffic and solving difficult traffic problems such as parking.
