研究目的探讨耻骨上前列腺摘除术后并发症的原因及防治措施。研究背景耻骨上前列腺摘除术是常用的术式,我院35年来采用该术式行前列腺摘除300余例,出现并发症33例。为减少并发症的发生探索其原因,提出防治措施。研究方法病例统计分析结果本纽33例的并发症有排尿困难,膀胱内出血,造瘘口漏尿,尿失禁,切口感染,急性附睾炎等,多由医源性因素引起,如用丝线缝合膀胱内口、术中止血不彻底,腺体残留,以及操作方法不当等。经过保守或再手术治疗,治愈32例,好转2例。结论并发症主要由医源性因素引起,术前、术中、术后均可发生。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes and prevention measures of complications after suprapubic prostatectomy. Conclusions Complications are mainly caused by iatrogenic factors, which may occur preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively.
