本文研究了快中子辐照对小麦幼苗生长以及过氧化物和酯酶同功酶的影响。结果表明,随着辐照剂量的增大,小麦幼苗的苗高、鲜重和干重都明显降低;叶绿素a和叶绿素b也出现缓慢下降趋势;然而,膜透性却逐渐升高。过氧化物酶同功酶酶谱发生了很大的变化。处理1少一条带(Rf0.18),增加三条带(Rf0.34、0.37、0.38);处理2少一条带(Rf0.18),出现了三条新带(Rf0.017、0.039、0.57);处理3少一条带(Rf0.18),增加一条新带(Rf0.57)。脂酶同功酶也发生了变化。
In this paper, the effects of fast neutron irradiation on the growth of wheat seedlings and the activities of peroxidase and esterase isozymes were studied. The results showed that with the increase of irradiation dose, the seedling height, fresh weight and dry weight of wheat seedlings all decreased obviously. Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b also showed a slowly decreasing trend; however, membrane permeability increased gradually. Peroxidase isozyme zymogram has undergone great changes. One less band (Rf0.18) was treated with one more band (Rf0.34,0.37,0.38), one less band (Rf0.18) and two new bands (Rf0.017,0 .039, 0.57); one less band was treated (Rf0.18) and one new band was added (Rf0.57). Lipase isozymes also changed.
