本文研究了不同交联剂对PVC辐照交联的影响.交联剂的种类及其在PVC中添加的量都会影响XLPVC的热稳定性,各种机械性能和电性能.实验结果表明TMPTMA是一个比较理想的交联剂.本文还讨论了不同交联剂对溶胶分数和剂量关系的影响,并指出InS和交联剂在PVC中添加的量成正比.
In this paper, the effects of different cross-linking agents on the radiation crosslinking of PVC were studied.The kinds of cross-linking agents and the amounts added in PVC all affect the thermal stability, mechanical properties and electrical properties of XLPVC.The experimental results show that TMPTMA is An ideal cross-linking agent.In addition, the influence of different cross-linking agents on the relationship between sol fraction and dose is also discussed, and it is pointed out that the amount of InS and cross-linking agent added in PVC is proportional to the amount.
