本文报告了激光意外人眼损伤事故22例(24只眼)。其中在调试激光器时受伤19例,受1060umQ—开关Nd:YAG激光照射致伤14只眼,黄斑区受伤20只眼。伤后早期表现为受照部位视网膜凝固,水肿或不同程度的出血,视力下降。经治疗数周后,多数病例出血与渗出被吸收,形成灰白色的瘢痕。4例病人于伤后一周出现黄斑破孔,病程延长。文中还对事故发生的原因及眼损伤与照射剂量的关系等进行了分析和讨论
This article reports 22 cases (24 eyes) of accidental laser eye injuries. Among them, 19 cases were injured when the laser was debugged, 14 eyes were injured by 1060umQ-switched Nd: YAG laser and 20 eyes were injured in macular area. The early performance of the injured part of the affected area retina coagulation, edema or varying degrees of bleeding, decreased vision. After several weeks of treatment, most cases of bleeding and exudation are absorbed, forming a gray scar. Four patients showed macular hole in one week after injury and their duration was prolonged. The article also on the causes of the accident and the relationship between eye damage and exposure dose were analyzed and discussed
