文章首先对水利水电工程施工进度管理具备的主要特性进行阐述,从工程管理职责缺少明确性、个人经验存在差异、缺少正确的技术指导人员指挥、现场施工测试不到位四个方面入手,对当前水利水电工程施工进度管理中存在的主要问题进行解析,并以此为依据,提出加强水利水电工程施工进度管理的有效措施。
