为了降低生产成本,又能取得较好的经济效益,我们厂试验用酒糟栽培食用菌,经过两年多的试验,取得了较好的效果。一、酒糟制香菇栽培种:一般传统的方法都是用木屑、麦麸、糖、石膏,加水拌和,装瓶灭菌,制成栽培种。现在改用酒糟代替木屑和麦麸制成栽培种(配方:酒糟98%,糖1%,石膏1%,料水比例为1:1.4,酒糟必须晾晒干。),进行开放栽培香菇,取得了较好的效果。我厂试验每瓶最低产量可产鲜菇150克左右,最高产量可达275克。我县崔庄乡前河村食用菌专业户随于锋采用此法进行栽培三百多瓶,收干菇6.75公斤,平
