老年人不适当降压发生急性脑梗塞已屡有报道,1986年来我们共收治这类病人22例。 临床资料 一、一般资料 男15例,女7例;年龄52～76岁,平均63.71岁;高血压史3～30年,平均12.93±7.12年。5例有糖尿病史。 二、入院时均有神经系统缺损症状。发病后3～14天头颅CT检查,16例脑梗塞.其中12例治疗好转,4例死亡;6例神经系统症状体征3周内完全消失,头颅CT正常,诊断为可逆性缺血性神经系统功能缺损
