[目的]为袋培技术在设施蔬菜生产中的进一步发展提供理论依据。[方法]对基质袋培条件下,不同前茬作物和不同栽培袋颜色对西红柿生长发育、产量及品质进行了研究。[结果]基质袋培的西红柿植株的营养生长接近在土壤栽培的西红柿。基质袋培的西红柿产量比土壤栽培的最高增产4%,同时基质袋培比土壤栽培节水39.6%,节约追肥量77.5%。基质袋培的西红柿维生素C含量、风味明显好于土壤栽培的西红柿,同时降低果实中的硝酸盐含量。[结论]基质袋培西红柿可取得更好的经济效益。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the further development of bagging technology in vegetable production. [Method] The growth, development, yield and quality of tomato under the condition of sachet culture were studied under the conditions of different former stubble crops and different cultivation bags color. [Result] The vegetative growth of tomato plants grown in basal bag was close to that of tomatoes grown in soil. The yield of tomato cultivars was 4% higher than that of soil cultivars, and 39.6% of the basal bag cultivars were cultivated and the saving of fertilizer was 77.5%. The content of vitamin C in tomato cultivated in substrate bag was significantly higher than that of tomato cultivated in soil and the nitrate content in fruit was reduced. [Conclusion] The substrate bagged tomatoes can achieve better economic benefits.
