过去认为已经消失的肺外结核,由于在某些人群中结核感染的增加,这些临床型肺外结核又可见到。现报告1例3岁女孩患结核性虹膜睫状体炎,作为结核感染的首发临床表现,并导致一只眼球丧失。病例女婴出生体重1500g,其母29岁正常妊娠。她在保温箱中度过35天,未吸氧。除轻微上呼吸道感染外,无其它临床表现。父亲和外祖母患频繁咳嗽。家族中无其它患者。当患儿2岁时,发生左眼充血并失明已10个月,用局部或全身激素治疗症状元改善。眼眶和眼睛超声波、CT、核磁共振检查示泪腺肿大,无其它重要的病理学发现。当时胸部X片正常。2个月后,患儿出现左眼球明显突出及球结膜水肿、充血而住院。发现泪腺有一肿物,也可能鼻侧巩膜
