在同种胰腺移植方面,以往都将血糖升高、血清胰岛素、C 肽降低作为排斥反应的指标。但这些检测只有在移植胰腺损伤相当严重时才出现异常,不易成为排斥反应的早期指标。近年来,肾脏和心脏移植表明,各种前列腺素(PGS)的增加与排斥反应有关,作为排斥反应的指标具有一定意义。PGs 及其相关物质中含有多种生理活性物质,参与体内多种反应,特别是具有免疫抑制作用的PGE_2和调节血管内凝血机制的血栓烷A_2(TXA_2)和前列腺素Ⅰ_2(PGI_2)等,在排斥反应中很可能作为介质发挥作用。作者为研究急性排斥反应和PGs 量的关系,通过狗胰腺移植模型测定了组织内、血、尿的PGE_2.TXB_2、6-酮-前列腺素F_1α(6-keto-PGF_1α)并且与空腹血糖、血清淀粉酶、血清胰岛素、血胰高血糖素等进行了比较。狗胰腺
