2004年起太原铁路分局实施的“全员提素、人才强企”规划,提出以全员的思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业技术素质和健康心理素质的全面提高、协调发展,最终提高全员的实践能力和创新能力为目标。其中员工的健康心理素质是四个素质中不可或缺的有机组成部分,不仅是职工学习、交往、生活、发展的基本保证,而且对其道德素质、思想素质、智能素质乃至身体素质的发展都有很大的影响。为了摸索和完善职工健康心理辅导工作,不断提高员工健康心理素质,确保改革发展稳定的大局,我们对职工健康心理素质状况进行了调查和分析。
