为使年满七周岁至十五周岁的革命烈士、革命军人子女(以下简称烈士军人之子女)在可能条件下不致失学,特根据「革命烈士家属革命军人家属优待暂行条例」第六条第三款及一九五三年四月三日中央财政部、内务部所颁发之「烈、军属实物补助费及烈士、军人子女入学补助费的使用办法」的精神作如下规定:
