麻疹湖南省:2015年8月报告病例156例,无死亡。报告病例数比上月(238例)减少34%,与2014年同期(151例)基本持平。2015年至本期累计1074例,比2014年同期累计(1159例)减少7%;2015年累计无死亡,2014年同期累计死亡3例。8月报告发病数居前5位的市(州)依次为邵阳、长沙、岳阳、永州、娄底;9月报告发病数居前5位的县(市、区)依次为邵东县、雨花区、武冈市、双峰县、邵阳县;散居儿童130例,学生、农民各5例,幼托儿童、商业服务人员各4例,干部职员、家务及待业各3例,工人2例;0岁组96例、1岁组
Measles Hunan Province: Reported 156 cases in August 2015 without death. The number of reported cases decreased by 34% from the previous month (238 cases), basically unchanged from the same period of 2014 (151 cases). A total of 1074 cases for 2015 to this period, representing a decrease of 7% over the same period of 2014 (1159 cases); no deaths were recorded in 2015 and 3 cases were cumulative deaths in 2014. In August, the top 5 cities (or prefectures) reporting the incidence were Shaoyang, Changsha, Yueyang, Yongzhou and Loudi. The top 5 counties (cities and districts) reporting the highest incidence in September were Shaodong County and Yuhua District , Wugang City, Shuangfeng County and Shaoyang County. There were 130 scattered children, 5 students and peasants, 4 childcare workers and 4 commercial service workers respectively. There were 3 cadres, 3 domestic workers and 2 unemployed workers and 2 workers. 96-year-old group, 1-year-old group
