第一章总则第一条职业病防治工作是我国社会主义卫生事业的一个重要组成部分。为加强职业病防治和研究工作,保护工人身体健康,为实现四个现代化服务,特制定本条例。第二条职业病防治院(所)必须坚持“预防为主”的方针,树立为广大职工群众服务,为生产服务观点,积极完成职业病防治和科研工作任务。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 Occupational disease prevention and control is an important part of China’s socialist health. In order to strengthen occupational disease prevention and research work and protect the health of workers, in order to achieve the four modernized services, this Ordinance is enacted. Article 2 The Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Institute (the institute) must adhere to the principle of “prevention first”, establish a service for the broad masses of workers and staff members and serve the viewpoint of production and service, and actively accomplish the task of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and scientific research work.
