为了增强影片的娱乐性和可看性,近来不少影片竞相与音乐、舞蹈、时装表演、体育比赛联姻。潇湘电影制片厂拍摄的《笑破情网》一片则和深受群众欢迎的相声艺术联姻,聘请著名相声演员马季、赵炎等扮演影片中的主角,又在影片中插入了几段相声表演,这一做法明显是为了提高这部喜剧影片的喜剧性。利用相声艺术来提高影片喜剧性的做法.这本身并没有什么不可以。但《笑破情网》一片在处理电影与相声艺术的联姻中,忽视了电影艺术与相声艺术的根本差别,没有寻找到相声艺术和喜剧片的连接点。当把相声艺术转换成电影艺术时,不是使相声艺术融入电影艺术之中,而是为了突出相声艺术的喜剧效果而牺牲了电影艺术的魅力。由于这一根本性的缺陷,使得《笑破情网》一片无论是从电影艺术的角度来看,还是从观众的欣赏角度来看,都是一部失败之作。
