目前,我国输油管道由于管线的增多,管龄的增长,以及不可避免的腐蚀、磨损等自然或人为损坏等原因,输油管道存在问题较多,安全运行受到威胁,危及到人们的生命财产、生存环境安全,还造成严重的资源浪费。因此,分析研究影响管道安全运行的各个因素,采取相应防范措施,逐一消除安全隐患或将其控制在最低限度内,确保输油大动脉的安全运行,具有十分重要的意义。
