采用免疫荧光流式细胞术研究了胸腺细胞及其亚组的辐射效应。结果表明:胸腺细胞具有较高的辐射敏感性,并且在胸腺细胞成熟分化的不同阶段辐射敏感性不同。成熟的胸腺细胞具有相对的辐射抗性。各亚组辐射敏感性依次为:CD4+CD8+>CD4-CD8->CD4-CD8+>CD4+CD8-,D37值分别为0.76、0.92、1.77Gy和3.67Gy。全胸腺细胞的D37为0.84Gy。CD3+细胞的D37值为2.0Gy。
Immunofluorescence flow cytometry was used to study the radiation effects of thymocytes and their subgroups. The results showed that thymocytes have higher radiation sensitivity and different radiation sensitivity in different stages of thymocyte maturation and differentiation. Mature thymocytes have relative radioresistance. The radiosensitivity of each subgroup was: CD4 + CD8 +> CD4-CD8-> CD4-CD8 +> CD4 + CD8- with D37 values of 0.76, 0.92, 1.77Gy and 3.67Gy, respectively. Total thymocytes D37 0.84Gy. The D37 value of CD3 + cells was 2.0 Gy.
