目的：量化评价电子束CT动静脉双期扫描在胰腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。材料和方法：回顾分析26例病理证实的胰腺肿瘤病人的电子束CT表现，测量动静脉双期肿瘤、周围正常胰腺实质及胰周血管的CT值，并进行配对t检验。结果：动脉期肿瘤一胰腺对比明显优于静脉期（P＜0．001）。结论：双期电子束CT扫描对诊断胰腺肿瘤有较高的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively evaluate the value of electron-beam CT arteriovenous dual-phase scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors. Materials and Methods: The CT findings of 26 patients with pathologically confirmed pancreatic tumors were retrospectively analyzed. CT values of arteriovenous dual-phase tumors, surrounding normal pancreatic parenchyma, and peripancreatic vessels were measured and paired t test was performed. Results: The arterial phase tumor-pancreatic contrast was significantly better than that of the venous phase (P<0.001). Conclusion: Two-phase electron beam CT scan has high value in diagnosing pancreatic tumor.
