无论是基于宗教还是健康的原因,素食都仿佛成为天然饮食的标记,得到越来越多的支持。无可否认,不少慢性疾病都跟进食过量肉类有关,所以素食者患上肠癌、痔疮、便秘等疾病的机会的确会大大降低。此外,由于植物性食物不含动物脂肪及胆固醇,也有助减低高血压和心血管疾病的风险。不过,要吃得健康,素食需要配搭得当,否则可能会对身体带来负面影响!
