实现司法公正，是依法治国的关键所在。影响司法公正的因素很多，其中司法职业道德的环境建设是一个重要因素，它不仅深刻影响、支配着司法公正，同时，也是依法治理司法整体环境的工作重点。加强司法道德环境建设，首先必须加大宣传，加强司法职业道德规范的制定；进一步加强法制建设，严惩腐败分子；推进司法改革，实行司法独立；逐步建立健全司法独立的保障制度。有效地提高司法职业道德，保证司法公正。
To realize judicial fairness is the key to governing the country according to law. There are many factors that affect judicial fairness. The environmental construction of judicial professional ethics is an important factor. It not only influences profoundly and dominates judicial fairness, but also focuses on how to govern the overall judicial environment according to law. To strengthen the construction of judicial ethical environment, we must first step up publicity to strengthen the formulation of judicial professional ethics; further strengthen the legal system and severely punish corrupt elements; promote judicial reform and impose judicial independence; and gradually establish and improve the judicial independence of the security system. Effectively enhance judicial professional ethics and ensure judicial fairness.
