第二轮志书不可缺少艺文,但艺文入志的内容和形式多样。值得探讨的几个问题:一是第二轮志书上下时限短,艺文设置不如旧志艺文设置凸现,情有可原。二是无艺文志不等于无艺文内容,所列举的5部新志,就有4部新志没有艺文专编章节,但艺文内容不缺,如著述目录、文艺作品、史志家谱、文献选录等分别在相关编章中出现。三是分散与集中记述不必强求一律,这类似改革开放是集中还是分散记述的问题,各有利弊。四是艺文入志内容以著述目录和诗文选录为主。五是志书艺文志、文化志、社科志、党政志、人物志、附录、图照、表、注、社会调查、回忆录等体裁(形式)均可彰显艺文。六是古今艺文入志有利于区域历史文化和旅游的开发。
